Strategy
What is strategy? It’s a set of choices made by management with the future look in mind. It’s a sense of direction and a direction that makes sense. And it’s having the right people in place.
A strategy must fit the capabilities and culture of the organization. It should be created and owned by those charged with its execution. A strategy that cannot be implemented is of little value.
Strategy needs time to work yet should be continually reviewed.
Critical, creative and strategic thinking is essential for success.
